Network and Telecommunication Services
Supports all wired and wireless internet services, including WVU.Encrypted, WVU.Guest, WVU.Play, Internet2, a Science DMZ and Virtual Private Network.
Supports database administration, data architecture, data warehousing and integration platform operations.
Supports core infrastructure services, including data centers, cloud solutions like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, data backup and recovery services, and network drives.
Manages internal IT processes, including change management, knowledge management and service transition; provides phone-based customer support at the Service Desk.
Endpoint Management and Outbound Support
Supports WVU-owned and WVU-managed computers using remote tools, provides deskside customer assistance for units without departmental IT support.
Service Centers and Printing Operations
Provides walk-up customer support, operates the Managed Printing and MyPrinting programs.
