IRB Module in WVU Research Administration Portal to launch in February

Blue, the platform used for Student Perceptions of Teaching (SPOT), will be unavailable from 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 5 through 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, during a major system upgrade.
