About Information Technology Services

To empower faculty, staff, researchers and students, we operate with six guiding goals:

  • Support personalized student experiences, with platforms that can enrich learning and enhance the digital experience for Gen Z and beyond.
  • Unlock the data in WVU’s institutional silos to inform decision-making that can support educational excellence, enable meaningful research and encourage innovation.
  • Continuously improve security and risk management processes to protect individual privacy, maintain data integrity and secure intellectual property.
  • Create a modern IT organization that can meet the needs of the enterprise, with a collaborative governance structure to guide direction and prioritize initiatives.
  • Create capacity for faculty and staff by automating administrative processes where possible, improving efficiency and outcomes.
  • Develop a sustainable, long-term financial model for core technologies and underlying infrastructure, ensuring they are available on demand, well-maintained, and flexible enough to accommodate future needs.

Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.   
Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Closed on most WVU Holidays
