Endpoint Management and Outbound Support is a team of skilled professionals who strive to provide top-notch customer service while also providing guidance and support to other IT units throughout the University.


The goal of Endpoint Management is to ensure you have the IT resources you need, and that your endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.) are running at optimal performance. With automation and other tools to streamline IT support, we help minimize downtime and secure the University’s data and IT resources. We provide standardized operating system images and application delivery, and we manage security patching processes. We also research emerging technologies to help provide guidance and support to other IT units across the University.

The Outbound Support team delivers quick and efficient on-site support for faculty, staff and students. We keep your devices connected to the network, ensure that you have the software and hardware resources you need, and are experts at finding IT solutions for any situation. Customer Service is our number one priority, and we work diligently to ensure you have reliable, efficient and secure computer resources. Our team also maintains numerous WVU computer labs and supports connectivity to the wireless networks in University student residence halls.
