ACTION REQUIRED: Students must update STAR or Proxy holders will lose access to WVU records

All students on all campuses must reauthorize proxy permissions as soon as possible, or current Proxy holders won’t be able to access your information in STAR or discuss it with University officials.

This change was made Sunday, May 19 as part of a critical system update.

The location and link names for the Proxy process are the same as before, and Proxy holders with an active account can log in with same username and password they have previously used.

This update does not affect any current permissions in WVU MyAccount. To see full details about a student’s account, people must have Proxy permissions from the student AND be an authorized user in WVU MyAccount.
