Information Technology Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) is WVU’s central IT unit, comprised of 216 employees across five functional areas:
- Office of the CIO
- Infrastructure and Operations
- Product Management
- Information Security
- Research Services
Together, these units support hundreds of mission- and business-critical applications and services for our academic, administrative, healthcare, and research partners.
ITS focuses on creating a more connected, efficient, and future-ready University, strengthening cybersecurity and institutional resilience, and improving alignment with business practices.
