Guide to Finding Support

For all areas of support, the first point of contact is the ITS Service Desk.

Please visit it.wvu.edu/help to find an answer to your problem, or call 304-293-4444. You can also email us at ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu to create a ticket for your problem.

Service Center staff provide quality services, including walk-up support, Duo two-factor authentication troubleshooting and test scanning.

Normal Business Hours

Monday through Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
