Test Scanning

Instructors and others can use the mark-sense scanning service for processing survey, quiz and test results. Normal scanning hours are 8:15 a.m.– 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday, and results will be available within 24 hours. We are closed on University holidays.

Work dropped off in the evening or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Please complete this form and attach to each scanning job submitted. You do NOT need to submit a header page with your test request forms. ONLY the key and the student scantrons are required. The answer key and student scantrons must be submitted on the NCS Pearson form 30423. Forms can be purchased at the WVU Bookstore or other retail outlets.

You will receive an encrypted email with test results when your tests or quizzes have been scored.

Drop-off Locations

Evansdale Library – either at the Access Services Desk (1st floor) or ground floor at Evansdale Service Center (copy center). See library hours. Pickup hours are 8:15 a.m.– 4:45 p.m.

Mountainlair – Mountainlair Service Center (copy center), to the left of the Information Desk on the ground floor. See Mountainlair hours. Pickup hours are 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
