Announcement: Printing jobs for commencement and summer sessions must be submitted to ITS by April 15
Colleges and departments that use WVU Printing Services should submit all printing and binding work related to spring commencement activities and summer sessions by the close of business Friday, April 13.
This 30-day advance requirement will ensure sufficient time for production and reduce last-minute requests that incur extra costs. The early deadline also will help ensure sufficient time for quality control and revisions before commencement activities begin.
Jobs related to commencement and summer sessions will be accepted after April 13, but those orders will be subject to a surcharge for expedited production. Please direct any questions to email@example.com.

Printing Services produces WVU stationery and business cards, and offers a full range of cost-efficient printing, design and bindery services to faculty, staff and students.
MyPrinting is a web-based service. Students, faculty and staff can print securely, copy and scan at any MyPrinting locations. Check available paper sizes, color printing and other features at each location. Documents can be sent from any desktop or mobile device via email or by uploading to https://myprinting.wvu.edu.
Requirements to use MyPrinting:
- An active Login and WVU email account.
- A valid Mountaineer Card or Print card and a Mountie Bounty balance that will cover your transaction.
- A supported web browser.
