While WVU Login passwords are now good for one year, faculty, staff and students should expect passwords created last summer to begin expiring on or around July 1. To ensure continued access, follow the email instructions you will receive and take a five-question cybersecurity quiz to create a new password good for another year.
Remember, if you are using a WVU-owned computer to work remotely, please follow these instructions. This process requires extra steps when you are not on the campus network, and failure to complete it correctly may create problems with your account and your device. If you want to change your password again before one year is up, you’ll get five more cybersecurity questions to answer. This quiz is required for all WVU students and employees under the University’s Identity and Access Management policy.
