The ITS Service Desk will close on the University’s holidays Dec. 24-26 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1, and it will operate on reduced hours throughout the two-week period.
The Service Desk will be closed the weekend of Dec. 28-29 and after 5 p.m. from Jan. 2 through Jan. 11. Normal hours resume on Sunday, Jan. 12.
You can still look up answers and check for outages at it.wvu.edu/help when the University and ITS are closed. You may also leave voicemail at 304-293-4444 or create tickets by emailing ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu, but these won’t be addressed until we reopen. If you have an emergency, contact your college or department IT manager.
