New logins to many critical systems may be briefly delayed 12:01-2 a.m. Sunday, May 12

Faculty, students and staff may briefly be unable to log into many critical WVU systems, including email, eCampus and Portal, on Sunday, May 12 between 12:01 a.m. and 2 a.m. while we update the system that supports If you are already logged in when this work begins, you will remain logged in. However, new login attempts may be unsuccessful until the upgrade is complete.

If you have trouble logging into eCampus after this work is complete, clear your browsing history, then close and relaunch the browser. This resolves most issues. If you still have problems, contact the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.
