Faculty, staff and students on all campuses may be unable to log into the WVU Portal and Office 365 services, including Outlook email, Teams, Skype and OneDrive, from 6 to 7 a.m. Sunday, March 10.
Information Technology Services must make an important change during this time. Users who are already logged into these systems before the work begins won’t lose access, but new logins may be delayed until the work is complete.
If you have any problems accessing these services after 7 a.m., please try clearing your browser history and relaunching it, or rebooting your device. If you continue to have problems, call the Service Desk at 304-293-4444.
