ITS Service Desk hours changing for winter break; eCampus will be down Jan. 2

Please be aware the ITS Service Desk is closed when the University and WVU residence halls are closed. We will be open during normal hours on the following dates: Monday, Dec. 17 through Friday, Dec. 21; Thursday and Friday, Dec. 27-28; and Wednesday, Jan. 2 through Friday, Jan. 4. 

The Service Desk will resume normal hours on Sunday, Jan. 6. 

If you need assistance on a day when the Service Desk is closed, visit it.wvu.edu/help to search self-help articles. You can also submit requests for assistance to ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu or leave a message at 304-293-4444. These will be answered when the Service Desk reopens. 

Also, be aware that eCampus will be unavailable for 24 hours starting 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2 for long-planned system upgrades.
