If you need assistance on a day when the Service Desk is closed, visit it.wvu.edu/help to search self-help articles. You can also submit requests for assistance to ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu or leave a message at 304-293-4444. These will be answered when the Service Desk reopens.
Also, be aware that eCampus will be unavailable for 24 hours starting 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2 for long-planned system upgrades.
