STUDENTS: Two-factor deadline is being extended one time only, to Monday, Sept. 1

The deadline for students to enroll in Duo two-factor authentication is being extended one time, to Monday, Sept. 10. There will be no further extensions. That morning, all students on all campuses will be auto-enrolled, and you won’t be able to log into eCampus, Portal and other systems until you set up two-factor.

Enroll now by going to login.wvu.edu from a computer and clicking the MyLogin button. Follow the on-screen instructions and be ready to install the free Duo Mobile app on your smartphone. If you’d rather use a Duo display token, visit a WVU Barnes & Noble bookstore. Once you’re set up, we suggest you print out 10 emergency bypass codes and store them in a secure location in case you lose or forget your phone.

If you run into problems, call the Service Desk at 304-293-4444 or visit one of our ITS Service Centers. We provide onsite support 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Vandalia Lounge of the Mountainlair and at G118 Lyon Tower.
