ITS walk-up support services moving within the Mountainlair on Wednesday, Aug. 1

Walk-up support services in the Mountainlair such as ID card production and application troubleshooting will move to a new ITS Service Center location in the Vandalia Lounge on Wednesday, Aug. 1. Copying services will continue to be provided at the same location. The hours will be 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Over the summer, computer repair services through ITS were eliminated. Students and employees who need assistance with personally owned machines should contact the manufacturer or one of the many private repair shops. ITS does not endorse any vendor and is not responsible for the quality of their work.

ITS recommends purchasing the longest computer and printer warranties possible when buying new equipment. Students are encouraged to use computers in the campus labs and libraries when their machines need repaired.
