Work to redirect MyAccess site to Portal is scheduled for 6-10 p.m. Wednesday, May 23

The MyAccess site will be unavailable from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, while Information Technology Services works to redirect the application to portal.wvu.edu. During this time, employees should use wall clocks to report their hours.

When the work is complete, myaccess.wvu.edu will automatically redirect users to the Portal, where access requires both WVU credentials and two-factor authentication. You will also then be able to log into some systems from off-campus, such as Mountaineer Marketplace, MyTravel and MyExpenses.

Citrix (MasterApps) will still be required for off-campus access to MAP, Data Miner, Discoverer Reports the MyTime suite of services (Leave Request, Time Card, Web Clock and Designee).

Faculty, staff and students each see different things in the Portal, depending on their roles. If you have more than one role in WVU systems, such as student and employee, click the menu icon in the top left corner to toggle between views.
