MyAccess webpage display will change as of 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15

As of 6 p.m. today (Friday, Dec. 15) employees who visit from any off-campus location will NOT see the normal screen display. Instead, an informational page will instruct you to use MasterApps (Citrix) to reach the services you need. 

MasterApps will be required for access to MyTime, Leave Requests, MAP, Data Miner and Mountaineer Marketplace. MasterApps will let you open Internet Explorer to navigate as you normally would. Learn more about MasterApps for Windows devices and MasterApps for Mac devices.

This change, which will be permanent, will not affect accessibility from all on-campus locations.

MasterApps WON’T be required for access to MyParking, MyExpenses and Pay Statement. The new ITS informational page will have direct links to those services.
