ITS Service Desk hours changing for winter break; eCampus will be down Jan. 2

The ITS Service Desk will be closed on the following dates: Dec. 22-26, Dec. 30-Jan. 1. The Service Desk is otherwise open 7:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday over winter break, resuming normal hours when the residence halls reopen Saturday, Jan. 6.

If you need assistance when the Service Desk is closed, visit to search self-help articles. You can still submit requests for assistance to or leave a message at 304-293-4444, but these will not be answered until the Service Desk reopens.

Also, be aware that eCampus will be unavailable for 24 hours starting 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2 for long-planned system upgrades.
