ITS Service Desk hours changing for winter break; eCampus will be down Jan. 2

The ITS Service Desk will be closed on the following dates: Dec. 22-26, Dec. 30-Jan. 1. The Service Desk is otherwise open 7:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday over winter break, resuming normal hours when the residence halls reopen Saturday, Jan. 6.

If you need assistance when the Service Desk is closed, visit it.wvu.edu/help to search self-help articles. You can still submit requests for assistance to ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu or leave a message at 304-293-4444, but these will not be answered until the Service Desk reopens.

Also, be aware that eCampus will be unavailable for 24 hours starting 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2 for long-planned system upgrades.
