If you are teaching or planning to take classes during the new Winter Intersession Dec. 14-Jan. 4, please reset your WVU Login password beforehand. Many passwords will expire during the winter break. Click “Check Account Status” at login.wvu.edu to see the expiration date on your account and change it now, if appropriate, to avoid disruption later.
The ITS Service Desk will be closed Dec. 22, 25 and 26, and Jan. 1 for the University holidays but otherwise open 7:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Also, be aware that eCampus will be unavailable for 24 hours starting 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2 for long-planned system upgrades.
If you need assistance on the days the Service Desk is closed, visit it.wvu.edu/help to search self-help articles. You can still submit requests for assistance at 304-293-4444 or ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu, but they will not be answered until the Service Desk reopens.
