STAR Login issue workaround.

Please log out of the Portal if you entered STAR that way. Close and relaunch your browser, then go directly to and try to log in.

Three things to keep in mind:
  1. You can only have one session (meaning a tab or screen) open in STAR at one time. If you attempt to use multiple tabs simultaneously, you will get an error
  2. Every time you log out of STAR, you must also log out of the Portal (if that’s how you entered). Otherwise, the systems see you as logged in twice and will produce an error message.
  3. When you are done with your tasks in STAR, log out, then close and relaunch your browser before your next session. 

This is a temporary workaround while our technical teams continue to investigate the source of the problem. We will provide another update when we have more information.
