Revamped help site should be easier to use with new features, more descriptive labels

Faculty, staff and students should have an easier time finding answers to common questions and problems, as well as requesting support, when changes to it.wvu.edu/help go into effect Friday, March 31. The Service Catalog lets you pick the category you’re interested in and request assistance from many WVU departments. Questions on each form help get your request in the right hands for quicker results.
