MyMountaineerCard website down 9 a.m.-noon Feb. 14; cards will continue to function will be down from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Feb. 14 for important maintenance. Students and employees will not be able to add funds, check balances, change meal plans or report lost/stolen cards during this time.

Card-reading devices won’t be affected, so students will still be able to use the cards for meals, PRT and door access, laundry and other purposes. Information Technology Services apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. Learn more about the Mountaineer Card on the ITS website.
