ITS self-service website incorporates Google to be more searchable, user-friendly

With Google search capabilities, it’s now easier to find answers to common questions on the Information Technology Services self-help website,

Faculty, staff and students can find instructions for locating hundreds of Knowledge Base articles to help solve problems without calling the Service Desk for help. Users also will find searchable information in the Service Catalog about the vast array of tools and services that ITS supports.

By using Google, ITS has also made much of this information publicly accessible. Information that requires a WVU affiliation, however, will require you to enter your Login credentials.
