Typical January eCampus upgrade delayed until May by discovery of glitch

Information Technology Services will delay the next software upgrade of the eCampus system until the end of the spring semester in May because our teams have discovered a problem with the product. We identified a major bug that Blackboard cannot correct in time for us to test their solution and deploy it with confidence in January.

We will provide plenty of notice about the May upgrade, which will require a planned outage, and outline new features at that time.
