Because of a problem with Microsoft Office 365, email notifications from the Qualtrics system are not currently being sent to WVU users. Information Technology Services confirmed the problem with Qualtrics earlier today (Aug. 16), but it’s unclear exactly when it began.
Qualtrics is a widely used software tool used to create surveys and forms. All other aspects of the system are working normally. Users can access the system with their Login credentials to take surveys or view survey results. If you have been expecting notifications, you should log in and check your results.
