Information Technology Services has restored more than 730 former students’ MIX email accounts after a data-integration problem that inadvertently deleted them. ITS is reviewing an additional 100 accounts to determine whether they should be reactivated. All students who graduated in May 2016 should have their accounts restored by the end of the day (Tuesday, Aug. 16).
Students who are returning this semester as graduate students were not affected. Former students who graduated but are working for the University as a Mountaineer Temps also were not affected.
