Faculty, staff and students who need software for their personal computers may now buy it from Information Technology Services online, eliminating the need to fax paper forms or physically visit Computer Repair and Assistance in Brooke Tower. This process applies to SAS, JMP, SPSS and AMOS software.
Customers can log into the ITS self-service tool from any computer to complete a software request and pay by credit card over the phone. The Software Licensing Information Center (SLIC) fulfills the request via email; customers no longer need to fax agreements.
This ITS Service Catalog page also contains links to free software for employees and students, including Microsoft Office, Kaspersky Anti-Virus and MATLAB.
