All STAR services and some parts of MAP (Mountaineer Administrative Processes) will be unavailable Friday, July 1 while year-end business processing is completed.
Grants, accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing will be unavailable. EBOs will have access to do data entry and processing associated with MyTime, payroll and year-end business closing. Data Miner also remains available; however, reports may not be accurate because the previous fiscal year has not yet finished processing.
MyTime is available for employees who need to record work hours, and supervisors will be able to approve time cards in MyAccess.
