Information Technology Services is adding several services that support the University community to the Technology Support Center. The expanded group is now known as Computer Repair and Assistance to better reflect the array of services offered, as well as the new ITS organizational structure.
Computer Repair and Assistance will offer: hardware repair services and general support at the Brooke Tower Service Center; general walk-up support and test scanning at the Mountainlair and Evansdale Library service centers; and Big Prints at the Evansdale Library location. CRA will also manage all ITS computer labs around campus.
Faculty and staff should be aware of one important change: The Big Prints poster service is intended for use by students and student organizations only, as it is partially supported by student technology fees.
Faculty and staff with printing needs should contact Printing and Copier Services.
