IT self-help site will be unavailable 7-11 a.m. Saturday, April 2

The self-service tool at it.wvu.edu/help and wvu.teamdynamix.com may be unavailable from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 2 for an important software upgrade.

When this work is complete, technicians will be able to click on phone numbers in the People and Ticket applications, and the system will try to place the call. This feature works with soft phones and many VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) phones.

The upgrade also improves the search ability of the Knowledge Base, allowing users to enter either an Article ID number or text to find information.
