Because of a problem with Microsoft-hosted Office 365, email notifications about surveys and forms submitted in Qualtrics have not been sent to WVU users since Tuesday, March 15. However, all other aspects of the system are working normally.
Users can access the system with their Login credentials to take surveys or view survey results; only email notifications are not working. If you have been expecting notifications, you should log in and check your results.
Information Technology Services is in contact with Qualtrics, which is working directly with Microsoft to resolve this problem. ITS will update when new information is available.
