ITS aware of and monitoring slow Internet service, sporadic disconnections

Users on all WVU campuses may be seeing slow Internet connections and/or sporadic disconnection because of problems that our service provider began experiencing Wednesday. Those problems are continuing today.

Information Technology Services cannot resolve the issue because the source of the problem is not within the WVU network. However, we are actively monitoring the situation and communicating with our provider.
