ITS service and support hours will change over WVU holiday breaks

The Service Desk at Information Technology Services will have different hours during the upcoming holiday season and will be closed on University holidays.

When residence halls are closed, the Service Desk will generally operate Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and on Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Normal hours resume when the residence halls reopen.

Thanksgiving Break Operating Hours:
Nov. 23-24: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Nov. 25-28: Closed
Nov. 29: Noon to midnight

Holiday Break Operating Hours:
Dec. 21-23: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m
Dec. 24-28: Closed
Dec. 29-30: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Dec. 31-Jan. 3: Closed
Jan. 4-7: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Jan. 8: 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Jan. 9: Noon to 5 p.m.

The Technology Support Center in Brooke Tower will be closed Nov. 23-24 and Dec. 29-30.

The Software Licensing Information Center (SLIC) will be closed Dec. 29-30

The Mountainlair Copy Center and the ITS Connect walkup support center will be closed from Dec. 19 through Jan. 3, reopening Jan. 4.

Test scanning will be unavailable at both the Evansdale library and the Mountainlair drop-off locations Nov. 25-29. The Evansdale location will also be closed Dec. 24-28, while the Mountainlair drop-off will be closed Dec. 19-Jan. 3.
