Some course drops still not showing in eCampus; ITS working to resolve glitches

Although most data synchronization issues in eCampus were resolved earlier this week, some course drops are still not coming through. Faculty members should go to STAR and compare class rosters to the rosters in eCampus.

Faculty members who find students in the eCampus roster who are NOT in STAR should contact so we can remove them as quickly as possible. Instructors may send names individually or as a group, as long as they are enrolled in the same section. Please treat each section that needs changed as a separate request.

Students also may call the ITS Service desk at 304-293-4444 or create tickets at to resolve enrollment issues.
