MyID services may be unavailable 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, June 14

Faculty, staff and students may be unable to claim MyID accounts or change passwords on Sunday, June 14 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. while ITS performs important maintenance.

This work may also affect MyID Special Access requests, the ITS Service Desk and Operations MyID console, and Enterprise Account requests at https://its.development.wvu.edu/requests/app/#/.

These services could be available during the outage time, but access is not guaranteed. ITS appreciates your patience with this work.
