eCampus outage to last 48 hours starting May 13

Information Technology Services will need more time than anticipated to perform system maintenance and improvements to eCampus next week. The outage will now begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 13 and will last until 8 a.m. Thursday, May 15.

Students and faculty will continue to use to log in and access the system. (See below) However, a new informational site at will supplement the main site once the work is complete.

After the upgrade, faculty members will be able to lock down exam locations by IP addresses, limiting testing to a designated computer lab. Other new features include the ability to adjust all course dates automatically with one tool, to determine how long a student took to complete an exam, and to recognize student achievements. A Retention Center will replace the early-warning system, and the Grade Center and Collaborate tools will be updated.

REMEMBER: Open labs to train instructors are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 15 at Room 221 of Hodges Hall and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 16 at G-11 of the Engineering Sciences Building. To register, click here and scroll down to see eCampus workshops:
