The MyID informational website is getting a makeover on Sunday. The new mobile-friendly site (https://myid.wvu.edu/
) will look dramatically different, with some information newly reorganized.
The site upgrade includes information about two new features under the User Guide tab. One will give users who have been locked out the ability reset their accounts without calling the Service Desk for help. The other will let users check the status of their accounts on their own.
Both changes are in response to customer requests.
