Customer and Communication Services provides critical information, direct customer support and IT Service Management process frameworks for ITS services and initiatives. Our teams deliver clear, consistent messaging to faculty, staff and students, training resources for certain WVU systems, and efficient, courteous phone-based help from the Service Desk and Application Support. We also support administration of software licensing and the technology purchasing process.
