Our Advanced Support team handles issues that are not easily remedied by an initial Service Desk inquiry. It also tackles highly complex technical problems with financial, human resources, academic, administrative, research and other enterprise applications.

Our Outbound Support team provides in-person support to faculty and staff, resolving many complex technical issues and helping to minimize interruptions and disruptions to customers' work. 

Our Computer Repair and Assistance team provides quality services, including walk-up support, hardware repair, network troubleshooting, virus cleanup, operating system installations and warranty work on Dell and Apple computers, and other brands.
