Walk-Up Support

We're here to help! ITS provides free, face-to-face assistance to students, faculty and staff. We offer advice on technology resources and can help with a variety of services and applications such as eCampus and Login. We also tackle:

  • Software issues and troubleshooting
  • Access/Login issues
  • Connectivity for laptops, tablets and smartphones
  • Improving laptop performance
  • Virus Removal
We have four locations for your convenience.

  • Brooke Tower Computer Repair Assistance offices, G49, 8:15 a.m.-4:45 p.m. M-F
  • Evansdale Library - G18, 8:15 a.m.-4:45 p.m. M-F
  • Mountainlair - first floor, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. M-F
